Take a few minutes to watch the Bunyampaka salt panels and the scenic surrounding just before returning to your lodge. You will head to the restaurant and make orders for lunch, enjoy your meal and transfer to the jetty in Mweya for the boat cruise. This is a 2 hour launch trip that offers an opportunity to see a variety of wildlife including hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs and several bird species such as pied kingfishers, hadada ibis, African fish eagle, malachite kingfishers, long-tailed cormorants, African spoonbills and pink-barked pelicans.
